What is your returns policy?
The specific returns policy for each semester is posted throughout the store and on your receipts.

Do you have the correct books for my classes?
Absolutely! We work all year to make sure we have your books in stock. No waiting for a mystery online package or scribbled in rental to arrive.  All you need is your section/schedule and we will do the rest!

How do you offer such amazing personalized service?
Personal service is our trademark. No wandering aimlessly around a crowded store...we help you get your books with fast and friendly service.

What about Study Aids?
We have them all. Selecting the right law school study aid can be overwhelming. We are happy to help you sort through the clutter and make the best selection.

How much do books cost?
Too much! But we try our best to stock as many USED books as possible. Used books can save you 25%, 50% or even more! Often times our used books are less expensive than online or rental options.

How do you compete with the chains and online?
LEGENDARY PERSONAL SERVICE! We truly care about providing the best overall experience for our customers. Please talk to 2-L & 3-L's, they are our best advertisement.
